The RM120 roaster machine is perfect for high-volume production and industrial coffee roasting operations. It features a convection roasting method where hot air is recirculated throughout the single heating chamber. It helps to minimise emissions and enhance the roasting process.
The RM120 is one of our largest roasting machines, capable of roasting up to 480 kg per hour. The fully automatic process can be adjusted using the integrated software and touchscreen interface. Here, you can adjust airflow and rotational drum speed to achieve accurate, repeatable roast profiles.
Alongside this, the RM120 has a stainless steel cooling tray and space-optimised structure compared to other roasters of its size.
